Shipping policy

The delivery date is confirmed upon placing the Order. If the client is late in formalizing the Order or in entering the agreed amounts, the delivery date will be postponed by the time the client has been late. Wood Design Ideas, SL will not be responsible for delays caused by reasons not attributable to us. We reserve the right to freely choose the route and means of transport (unless the client has contracted a specific transport for their needs).

When it is the client who carries out the transport, he must be the one who assumes the risk, exempting us from any responsibility for the merchandise.

Procedure for receiving the order
