All of our products are inspected and checked for quality prior to shipment. When you receive the merchandise, make sure that the packaging does not present any deterioration, in which case you must reflect it on the delivery note of the carrier and notify us of said incident within a period not exceeding 48 hours.

Given the nature of the product, claims will be accepted for those products that show breakage due to transport causes, for which the Client will have to record it in the carrier's own checkbook. We do not accept any responsibility for damages caused by you or your subcontractors during the construction.

Working with various manufacturers, our products are covered by a different warranty period (2, 5, 10 or even 15 years), but you must ensure that the products were built following the instructions in the manual carefully, and properly treated if necessary. .

Type of guarantees

All of our wooden houses, garden sheds, pergolas, gazebos, wooden garages and other products that you can find in our catalog have a comprehensive 5-year warranty for the structure and 2 years for doors and windows.

This guarantee will be void in all those cases in which the installation procedures are not followed as described in the manuals provided with the product. Likewise, it will not cover the damages caused by the misuse of our products (breakages or damages caused by defects in assembly or handling, improper storage, installation or repair not carried out by our Authorized Technical Service).

IMPORTANT: The guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions (Strong winds, Hurricanes, Snowfall, Hail...etc).

Return policy

Wood Ideas Exteriores guarantees its clients the possibility of canceling their order under the conditions and terms established in articles 68-79 of the 2007 Consumers and Users Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November 16 and in Article 10 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

 

If you return a product for any reason except manufacturer defects or damage, you must pay the cost of returning the products. At your request, we can recover the products, but the cost of transportation will be your responsibility.

On the other hand, if the product delivered is not what you ordered, does not match its description, or does not have the same quality as the product ordered, if the product is damaged or defective, we can replace the item or the affected parts. You will not be charged for shipping costs.

If a product arrives in poor condition, it must be reflected in the delivery note of the transport company, take photos if possible, and contact us within a period of 48 hours from receipt.

Most of our products are made to order, they are considered personalized products , they are always made to order, they are those that are not available with "IMMEDIATE" delivery, cancellations or returns of said products ARE NOT ACCEPTED . Returns or cancellations are also not accepted if the products have already been assembled, affected by the application of chemical products, paints or have undergone changes.

The products, which you wish to return, must be kept in good condition and with the packaging in which they were delivered. Products must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered. If the products are delivered in kit form, they must be returned in the same way. Please make sure that the returned products are well packaged to avoid damage or loss of parts during transport.

Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, a voucher redeemable for any other product in the catalog will be sent.

If the returned products cannot be resold, due to damage or wear and tear caused during the time spent with the customer, the refund may be reduced.
